EasyPatrol Scan. Track. Secure.

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 16, 2026

EasyPatrol is a patrol management service operated by DEVELOPERADDA. This Privacy Policy explains how EasyPatrol collects, uses, shares, and protects information when security personnel and authorized administrators use the EasyPatrol Android application and related services.

1. Information We Collect

EasyPatrol collects information needed to deliver patrol verification and reporting features, including:

  • Account information: name, username, company information, role, and email address supplied by your organization.
  • Patrol and location information: GPS location, location accuracy, scan time, checkpoint or QR token, assigned location, and verification outcome.
  • Incident information: optional remarks or incident reports submitted during a patrol visit.
  • Device permissions: camera access to scan QR codes and location access to verify patrol visits.
  • Technical information: limited device and browser information required to provide, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to authenticate users, verify patrol visits, compare a device location with the assigned checkpoint, maintain patrol records, notify authorized administrators of operational events, provide support, and protect the security and reliability of EasyPatrol.

EasyPatrol does not use precise location information for advertising or sell personal information to third parties.

3. Camera and Location Permissions

The Android app requests camera permission only to scan checkpoint QR codes. It requests location permission when a patrol visit is being verified. If you deny these permissions, QR scanning or location-based verification may not work.

EasyPatrol records the location data needed for a patrol verification. It does not continuously track a user in the background unless a future version clearly asks for and receives the required permission.

4. How Information Is Shared

Patrol records, location verification results, and incident remarks are shared with the authorized administrators of the organization that manages your EasyPatrol account. We may also share information with service providers that help operate the service, where required by law, or when necessary to protect the rights, safety, and security of EasyPatrol, users, or others.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and patrol information for as long as it is needed to provide EasyPatrol, meet organizational recordkeeping requirements, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Your organization may control the retention period for patrol records. Contact your organization administrator for its retention practices.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to or stored by EasyPatrol.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law and your organization’s administrative requirements. You can also manage camera and location permissions in your Android device settings. For account or patrol-record requests, contact your organization administrator first.

8. Children's Privacy

EasyPatrol is intended for business and authorized security personnel. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted at this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of EasyPatrol after a revision means the updated policy applies to your use of the service.
